Prayer for Name Redemption

Introduction: Establishing Authority in Christ

Proverbs 22:1 – “A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.”

Heavenly Father, I come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, standing on the authority of Your Word. I lift up my name to You, knowing that my identity is in Christ and not in any earthly circumstance. Today, I declare that my name is redeemed, sanctified, and covered by the blood of Jesus.

1. Breaking Evil Coverings and Attachments to My Name

Isaiah 54:17 – “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn.”

Father, I recognize that names carry spiritual weight and influence destinies. If my name has been placed under any evil covering or dedicated to wicked altars, I break free by the blood of Jesus. I declare:

  • Every evil altar where my name has been placed, be destroyed by fire in Jesus' name!
  • Any evil spirit attached to my name, I renounce you now!
  • Every negative identity spoken over my name is erased by the blood of Jesus!

Let my name be detached from every lineage of failure, misfortune, or stagnation. I declare that my name is now a name of honor, breakthrough, and divine favor!

2. Reversing Evil Decrees from the Past

Colossians 2:14 – “Having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; He has taken it away, nailing it to the cross.”

Father, because You are the God of all time—past, present, and future—I stand in the Spirit and declare:

  • Over my past: Every negative word spoken over my name, knowingly or unknowingly, is erased by the blood of Jesus!
  • Over my present: My name is now a name of favor, breakthrough, and divine remembrance!
  • Over my future: Whenever my name is mentioned, let only good news, divine acceleration, and blessings follow me!

Isaiah 44:25 – “God frustrates the signs of the false prophets and makes fools of diviners; He turns wise men backward and makes their knowledge foolish.”

I command every demonic record associated with my name to be erased. I revoke every evil covenant made in my name and declare that only the Word of the Lord shall stand in my life.

3. My Name Carries the Fragrance of El-Roi

Genesis 16:13 – “Then she called the name of the LORD who spoke to her, ‘You are the God who sees me’ (El-Roi).”

Lord, You are El-Roi, the God who sees me. From today, I declare:

  • Wherever my name is mentioned, the fragrance of divine favor shall follow!
  • Wherever my name is written, angels shall go ahead of me to prepare the way!
  • Wherever my name is remembered, it shall be for good and not for evil!

Let my name carry the fragrance of victory, and let doors of opportunity open wherever it is spoken.

4. Canceling Every Bad News Associated with My Name

Revelation 12:11 – “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.”

By the power of the blood of Jesus, I wipe away every record of evil, failure, or shame attached to my name.

  • Every evil report associated with my name, be reversed now!
  • Every voice speaking disaster over my name, be silenced forever!
  • Wherever my name was tied to hardship, I replace it with supernatural restoration!
  • Wherever my name was mentioned for sorrow, I receive joy instead!

From today, my name shall only be known for:

  • Divine favor
  • Supernatural breakthroughs
  • Unstoppable acceleration
  • Open doors and divine remembrance

5. Final Prophetic Declarations Over My Name

Genesis 26:13 – “The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous.”

I declare:

  • I wax great and become exceedingly great!
  • I multiply and flourish in all areas of life!
  • My name is lifted, and it shall never be associated with failure again!
  • Wherever my name is mentioned, the power of God shall answer for me!
  • Every time my name is spoken, congratulations shall follow!

Psalm 23:6 – “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.”

From today, my name is anointed. My name is blessed. My name is covered by the blood of Jesus. No more evil, no more delay, no more limitations.

I decree and declare that my name is a name of honor, prosperity, and divine greatness. Wherever it is mentioned, only good news shall follow!

In Jesus' Mighty Name, Amen.

Through this month’s tasks, we’ll focus on developing spiritual sensitivity , studying the tribes of angels , and partnering with heaven in worship and prayer . Remember, the ultimate goal isn’t fascination with angels but a deeper connection with Jesus , the Captain of the Host ( Joshua 5:14-15 ), who commands His heavenly army. The Power of Hope: Overcoming the Spirit of Despair

In life, it’s easy to find ourselves weighed down by despair. The feeling of hopelessness can be overwhelming, leaving us grasping for anything that might offer relief. When despair strikes, we may seek comfort in a variety of distractions—conversations with others, alcohol, or other fleeting sources of temporary pleasure. Yet, no matter how much time we spend trying to fill the void, the emptiness remains. Why? Because these distractions can never truly satisfy us. Only the Spirit of God can fill us in a way that no earthly distraction ever could. Despair’s Deceptive Comfort When despair sets in, we often turn to things or people for solace. It can be easy to fall into the trap of looking for quick fixes—a conversation with a friend, a drink, or mindless entertainment. While these things may provide momentary comfort or a sense of relief, they ultimately leave us feeling empty. This is because, as human beings, we are designed to be filled by God’s presence. Our souls are wired to fin...

Loving the Unlovable: The Power of God’s Love in a Hurting World

Love. It’s the heart of the Christian faith, and yet, for many of us, it’s one of the hardest things to practice—especially when the people we’re called to love keep hurting us. We know that love is central to who we are as believers, but let’s be honest: loving those who hurt us, especially when they don’t admit their wrongs, can feel impossible. Sometimes, we want to lash out, hurt others with our words or actions, or even withdraw altogether. But what if our love—real, Christ-like love—wasn’t just a feeling, but something much deeper? What if it was a measure of how well we understand the love that God has for us? The Definition of Love: A Reflection of Ourselves In 1 Corinthians 13, we find one of the most beautiful and challenging definitions of love. It says that love is patient, kind, and doesn’t keep a record of wrongs. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things. But what if we replaced the word “love” in that chapter with our own n...
