What If Fasting Isn’t About Losing—but Gaining?

At first, fasting feels like subtraction. Less food. Less comfort. Less control. But then something shifts. What if fasting isn’t about what you give up, but about what you step into? God Himself defines the kind of fast He chooses—not as deprivation, but as liberation.
