Therefore, believers need the help of God to renew their minds, allowing them to think in accordance with His will. Paul makes this clear in Romans 12:2 :  “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.   Introduction: More Than Head Knowledge Many believers struggle to experience true freedom in their lives because, while they intellectually know God’s truth, it has not yet taken root in their hearts. The gap between head knowledge and heart transformation can feel elusive. However, the Bible teaches us that true freedom and lasting change come when God’s Word is deeply planted and firmly established in our hearts. Jesus said in John 8:31-32 :  “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” The word "know" in this passage goes beyond intellectual understanding.
