  OPENING DECLARATION: RESTORATION HAS COME In the name of Jesus, I decree: What I thought was lost, the Lord is restoring. The years the locust, cankerworm, and devourer have stolen — God is restoring them with interest (Joel 2:25). My portion has increased. My boundaries are enlarged. The Lord has dealt bountifully with me — I receive it, I walk in it, I testify of it.
